Candidate fulfilling the eligibility criteria may send their application on A4 size paper (neatly typed) to theDy.General Manager (L &D), BPCLKochi Refinery ,Learning Centre,PB No.2 Kundanoor Maradu.P.O-Kochi-682304.Application shall contained the following details, affixed with a latest passport size photograph( to be pasted at the top of the right corner of the application) and enclosing copies of relevant Certificates/ Mark-lists. 1- Name, address, telephone number and e-mail ID. 2 -Date of Birth. 3 -Age 4-Qualification (10th standard onwards specifying year of passing ,class and percentage of marks).5-Whether belongs to SC/ ST/ OBC (non-creamy layer / PH ).Applications should be sent in an envelope super scribed with" APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF GRADUATE APPRENTACE". The last date for receipt of completed application is 23rd may 2012.

Qualification: First Class with 60% marks in respective B.E/ B.Tech
disciplines (First class is relaxable to pass class with 50% marks
for SC/ ST candidates relaxation applicable for reserved posts only.
Age: Not exceeding 27 years as on 01/08/2012 ( relaxable by 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Stipend: During the period of Apprenticeship the candidate will be paid monthly stipend of Rs.8000/-

Persons employed with Government or semi government organization
/Public sector undertakings should submit their applications.

2- Those who have already undergone or / are undergoing apprenticeship elsewhere under the Apprentices ( Amendment Act ) ,2007 are not
eligible to be considered.
3- Candidates who have passed their examinations in or after 2009,alone need apply for the above positions.
4- Application with incomplete information and/ or not accompanied with true copies of all certificates/ mark-lists/ testimonials regarding ,age, qualifications and caste/ community (non-creamy layer certificate are liable to be rejected).
5- Final year students and those who are awaiting results are not eligible to apply for the above positions.
6- SC/ ST/ PH candidates are eligible for to and fro 2nd class Train/Bus fare as per rules.
7- Candidates desiring e to be considered against the quota reserved for OBC should have in their position a certificate from the Tahasildar or other competent authority approved by the Govt of India certifying that they belong to the creamy layer of OBC community.
8- Everything else belong equal preference will be given for erstwhile KRL project evictees.

Right to restrict candidate:The
Management reserves the right for all or test/ interview only those
who in its opinion are likely to be suitable. Management may at its
discretion, raise/ relax the eligibility standard to restrict the
number of candidates or to make available sufficient number of
candidates to be called for test/ interview.
