Physical Efficiency Test : For ( Driver / Fitter )- The candidate should qualify 5 Kms race in 24 minutes . This test will be only qualifying in nature and will not carry any marks. Candidate who do not qualify the race would be eliminated from the recruitment process by giving rejection slip intimating reasons thereof by Presiding Officer. For Bugler /Tailor /Brass Band / Cobbler/ Carpenter/ Gardener/Painter /Cook/ Water Carrier / Safai Karmachari /Barber /Washer Man/Woman- The candidate should be physically fit in all respects. The Male candidates should be able to complete 1 mile race in 10 minutes. The Female candidates should complete 1 mile race in 12 minutes
Medical Standards : a) Vision: Minimum distant vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 of both eyes without correction i.e without wearing glasses. b) The Candidates must not have knock-knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and they should possess high colour vision. They must be good in mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
