Physical Standards:
i) a) Height: For Males : 170 Cms, For Females : 157 Cms b) Chest:
For males only – Unexpanded : 80 Cms Expanded : Min expansion 5 Cms.
c) Weight: For males and Females: Proportionate to height and age as
per medical standards . Medical Standard: Eye sight : the minimum distance vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 both eyes without glasses.
Fee:
Postal order or Demand Draft for Rs. 50/- in favour of IG FTR HQ BSF
Jammu in respect of candidates of Jammu Region and IG FTR HQ BSF
Srinagar in respect of candidates of Kashmir, Leh & Kargil region.
How to apply
Candidates
who fulfill the above physical and medical standards should
personally appear at the PST & PET centre designated in respect of
their districts on 26th Mar’ 2012 & 28th Mar’ 2012 for registration of their applications.The
application form should be typed or neatly hand written on one side
only in full scape plain paper with passport size photographs affixing
on applications duly attested by a Gazette officer with seal.
