On-line applications from Indian Citizens for the post of Probationary
Officers in Junior Management Grade Scale – I, who have taken the
Common Written Examination (CWE) for Probationary Officers/Management
Trainees conducted by IBPS in Sept / Nov 2011 and obtained a valid IBPS
CWE-PO/MT-2011 Score Card and who meet the eligibility criteria
mentioned in this notification below.Age(As on 01.07.2011): Minimum: 21 Years and Maximum: 30 Years
Pay Scale:Rs 14500-25700
Selection Procedure : Written Examination(Tentative date of Interview May/June 2012)
Payment of application fee/Postage Charge: For SC/ST/ PC Rs 50/-,For all others (Including OBC) Rs 200. Payment
of application fee/Postage Charge 30.03.2012 TO
19.04.2012.Application Fee / Postage Charge has to be paid in cash only
at any Branch of Indian Overseas Bank before applying On-line.

| i)
Graduation from a recognised university/Institution with minimum 60%
Marks. (For Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PC category minimum 55%
Marks). Graduation results should have been declared by the
university/ Institution on or before 01.07.2011. ii) Computer
literacy shall be an essential qualification, which the candidate
must either possess before or acquire within six months of joining
the Bank. iii) Diploma in Banking & Finance (DBF) from Indian
Institute Of Banking and Finance (IIBF) is a desirable qualification
besides the above entry level qualification. Note: Candidates are
advised to only enter percentage of marks (calculated to the nearest
two decimals) obtained in the Graduation in the on-line application
form. Where no percentage of mark is awarded by the University, but
only CGPA/ OGPA is awarded, candidates are advised to convert the
same into percentage and enter only the percentage of marks. The
fraction of percentage will be ignored and will NOT be rounded off to
the next highest integer i.e. 59.99% will be treated as less than
60% and 54.99% will be treated as less than 55%. |
