Training period : From Sl.No.1 to 6 :- 2 years For Sl.No.7 :- 1 year
Stipend during training period :
From Sl.No.1 to 6 Rs.12,000/-per month in the first year and
Rs.14,000/- per month in the second year. For Sl.No.7 :- Rs.12,000/-
per month
Scale of pay & remuneration:
On satisfactory completion of training the Executive trainees will be
considered for appointment to the posts of Process Engineer/ Plant
Engineer/ Personnel Officer/ Accounts Officer as the case may be, on an
initial basic pay of Rs. 25475/- per mensum in the scale of pay of
Rs.25475- 56920 (Provisional) plus DA and other allowances. In such
cases they will have to execute an agreement to serve the company for a
minimum period of 3 year after completion of training.
Age as on 01-01-2012 : Not above 28 years, relaxable in case of SCs/ STs/ OBCs etc. as per rules.

total percentage of marks obtained, Experience with details of
employer and post held if employed. Community certificate of the
candidate and any other information which the candidate considers
