Age Limit: 35 yrs
Deposit: a) Senior Resident- I/ II/ III/ Specialist - Rs.50,000/, b) Junior Resident – I/ II/ III - Rs.40,000/-
Fee: Demand Draft @Rs.500/- (Rs.125/ for SC/ST candidates), drawn in favour of Tata
Memorial Centre, Parel, Mumbai . Female candidates are exempted from paying of fees while submitting application.
