Qualification: (i) A Degree in Bachelor of Fisheries Science (B.F.Sc) or Its equivalent degree of any University or Institution recognised by the University Grants Commission for the purpose of its grants. OR (ii) The Associate Diploma in Fisheries Science of the Central Institute of Fisheries Education, Bombay. OR (iii) M.Sc., Degree with Zoology (or) M.Sc., Degree with Marine Biology as Main Subject. Note:i) The U.G. Degree qualification prescribed should have been obtained after passing the SSLC and HSC. ii) The P.G. Degree qualification prescribed should have been obtained after passing the SSLC, HSC and U.G. Degree.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800
Centre For Examination: Examination will be held at the following Centres
Age as on 01.07.2012 : 18- 30 yrs
Procedure of Selection: Selection will be made in two successive stages i.e., (i) Written Examination and (ii) Oral Test. (For further details refer paragraph 21 (b) of the ‘Instructions to candidates’).
Examination Fee: Examination fee Rs.150/- (Examination Fee Rs.100/- + Cost of Application Rs.50.
